Anderson Power Products (APP), a leader in interconnect solutions, offers the highly-durable SBS50 Finger Proof connector. This 2 pole housing, offers APP customers a finger proof design. The design minimizes contact with live contacts, per UL 1977 and UL 60950 regulations, for systems operating over 50 volts, where risk of shock can be health threatening.

The SBS50's slim, contoured ergonomic design allows the operator greater ease when connecting and disconnecting. This along with APP's flat wipe contact technology, make hot plugging and unplugging easy and safe while using minimal real estate. These housings are also keyed to prevent accidental mating of components operating at different voltage levels. Molded side grooves allow secure panel mounting for panel thickness of .048 to .062 inches (1.22 to 1.57 mm).
