Description
Diode module MDD was developed to facilitate and simplify the
assembly of diode circuits for industrial control. It enables the user to
tailor circuits to his specific requirements with minimum effort and cost.
Standard versions are equipped with a series of diodes in commonly used
configurations; stand alone diodes, common anode and common cathode.
The modules are usually applied in industrial
control applications such as:
- Reverse polarity protection
- Gathering and de-coupling of signals
- Switching matrices
- Lamp verification in annunciators
- Arc quenching across contacts with inductive loads, such as DC relay coils,
solenoids, magnetic actuators, etc.
