| Series KS Molded Plastic Terminals
The Series KS motor terminal boards have been molded of FS 804 DIN 16911
plastic. They are approved for use in applications requiring the Ex
explosion-proof certification. They are similar to the Series 107 and are
supplied completely assembled with six KA solder tongue terminals and three
jumpers. Washers are die-cast into the square mounting recesses. To mount these
boards in accordance with the DIN 46295 standards, screws (DIN 84) and spring
washers (DIN 7980) must be used; these are not provided. The board should be
shimmed to compensate for irregularities in the motor mounting area. Care
should be taken to prevent over-tightening of the securing nuts.
