6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders

Only registered users may place orders through this site. Registration is required to obtain proper customer identification, shipping and billing addresses, email address, and other pertinent information necessary to complete the transaction.

All orders are subject to review before acceptance by Connex Electronics. No order is to be construed as being accepted without written confirmation by email from Connex Electronics.

Minimum order is US$50.00 for US shipping addresses, US$200.00 for international addresses.
US orders below Minimum are subject to a US$10.00 handling fee.
International orders below Minimum are subject to a US$35.00 handling fee.

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Connex Electronics. Customer is responsible for all applicable shipping and insurance charges. All orders are shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer at the time of order placement. Connex Electronics assumes no responsibility or liability for shipment once it has been turned over to the freight carrier. Stock items on confirmed orders will ship the same day if received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time. All other dates will be confirmed at time of order acceptance.

Warranty

Connex Electronics makes no warranty commitment whatsoever on behalf of the products purchased through this site. The customer’s sole warranty for the products are set forth in the Manufacturers Limited Warranty Statement applicable to the delivered products.

Return Policy

No return shall be accepted without a properly obtained Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Connex Electronics. Requests for RMA numbers may be submitted by email to Connex Electronics customer service. Items quoted non-cancelable and non-returnable will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge that will be determined upon issuance of all RMA numbers. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. Any RMA requests must be received within 30 days of shipment of product. No RMA requests can be accepted after thirty (30) days from time of shipment. All items received without prior authorization will be returned to sender freight collect. At Connex's discretion, exceptions to our return policy may be allowed.

7. COOKIES

Connex Electronics uses cookies (small bits of information saved to your hard drive) in several ways. Cookies are used to identify you as a registered user of Connex Electronics.com. When you as a registered user log on to Connex Electronics.com, the cookie allows us to identify you as a registered user. You will then have access to member restricted areas of the site without having to re-enter your password each time you move to different areas of the site.
